How much does it cost?
Our window screens start at just $75 each. Pricing can vary depending on the size of the window, the type of mesh selected, and any customisations.
For example, screens fitted to wind-out windows start at $80 due to the additional framing required.

What types of windows can you fit?
We can fit screens to virtually any window style, including:
- Sliding windows
- Awning (wind-out) windows
- Casement windows
- Double-hung windows
- Louvre windows
Awning and crank windows may require custom offset frames or special fittings, slightly increasing the starting cost.
What colours do you carry?
We offer a wide range of popular colours to match your home’s style, including Pearl White, Surfmist, Monument, Black, Paperbark, and many more.

What are the differences in the mesh types?
We offer a variety of mesh materials to suit different needs:
Fibreglass Mesh:
Standard for flyscreens; flexible, affordable, and allows good airflow and light.
Better Vue Mesh:
Similar to the standard but made from a finer thread that is designed to recede into the background even more.
Micro Mesh:
This is a smaller mesh designed to keep out the smallest bugs.
316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Roll-in Mesh:
Stronger, corrosion-resistant, fire-resistant, and ideal for bushfire-prone areas.
316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Security Mesh:
Impact resistant, Corrosion resistant and excellent for Bushfire and heavy-duty security applications.
DVA (One-Way) Mesh:
A privacy mesh that allows you to see out but prevents outsiders from seeing in. It can only be used with a Decorative Grille and can be powder-coated to match your door.
Perforated Mesh:
Solid steel sheet with punched holes for enhanced privacy and strength.
Vision Guard:
This is a heavier-duty version of the DVA that can be used alone.

I live in a rural area — why do I need Stainless Steel mesh?
If you’re in a bushfire-prone zone, stainless steel mesh is crucial.
Unlike fibreglass, it is fire-resistant and significantly stronger, helping to prevent embers from entering your home during a fire event.
All our stainless steel products are manufactured in our factory and installed professionally for maximum protection.
Is privacy mesh a good option for entrance doors?
Yes. DVA privacy mesh, also known as a one-way mesh, is a popular choice for front entryways.

They installed 5 window fly-screens on the same day! They were super fast, professional and pleasant to deal with. I was so impressed that I asked for a quote for sliding door screens which they promptly measured up and quoted me after a quick phone call.
I had also requested a quote from the official sliding door manufacturers (having had their details on a sticker on the inside of the door for a new build) but by the time they had got back to me with a quote and a 4-6 week delay to deliver, On Site Flyscreens was already on the way to installing… at the same price!
They were the utmost professional, correctly upsold me the stainless steel over pet mesh which looks beautiful. Now I only have to make sure I don’t accidentally walk through it as they are so clear.

I highly recommend Onsite Flyscreens. I called them to book an install to have all my windows fitted with lockable winders and flyscreens. They ensured the winders were all keyed the same and winders and screen frames were the same colour as my window frames. The install was within a few days of my phone call. They arrived on the day, and on time. They were wonderful to deal with; polite and careful of my curtains etc. They worked steadily, measuring windows, making the frames and the metal inserts, and fitting everything together. They also ensured that on the narrow window frames the winders were offset so that they did not hit the frame when opening or closing the windows. I am very happy with the quality and appearance of the screens, the good customer service, and all for a very reasonable price.
